Ingredients
- 300 ml buttermilk
- 250 gr cornmeal
- 230 ml sour cream
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Combine cornmeal, baking soda and salt; add buttermilk and sour cream, mixing well. Pour batter into a well-greased 23 cm pie plate. Bake at 180ÂșC or 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
