Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 180 ml milk
- 150 gr corn meal (yellow)
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 80 gr liquid shortening
- 26 gr sugar
- 14 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add egg YOLKS, milk and shortening. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in waffle iron until done.
