Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 450 ml cream cheese softened
- 130 gr graham cracker crumbs
- 110 gr margarine
- 50 gr sugar
- 24 gr cornstarch
- 1 package eagle creamy chocolate sweetened
Preheat oven to 150ºC . Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 23 cm springform pan. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth. Add eggs and cornstarch; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool; chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
