Ingredients
- 2 cooking apples
- 400 gr pork (pieces)
- 230 gr onions
- 180 ml stock
- 180 ml cream
- 14 gr brown sugar
Peel, core and chop apples. Add to pot. Continue cooking until apples are just cooked but not too mushy. Add cream and heat through. DO NOT BOIL! Correct seasoning, and serve.
