- 300 gr hash brown potatoes
- 230 gr ham (diced cooked)
- 75 gr butter
- 30 ml milk
- 30 gr green onions (sliced)
IN A 1.5 QUART CASSEROLE DISH, MICROWAVE COOK ONION AND 2 TB. BUTTER, UNCOVERED FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD POTATOES. COOK, COVERED FOR 4 TO 6 MINUTES. BEAT TOGETHER EGGS, MILK, AND quarter TSP PEPPER. STIR IN HAM. POUR OVER POTATOES. COOK ON HIGH FOR 4 TO 5 MINUTES. PUSH COOKED PORTION TO CENTER AFTER 1.5 MINUTES, THEN EVERY 30 SECONDS AFTER. LET STAND 1 MINUTE AFTER COOKING TO LET EGG SET COMPLETELY.
