Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 850 gr lard
- 475 ml cream (thin)
- 250 gr flour
- 26 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr cinnamon
- some more flour
Beat egg yolks with sugar until thick and yellow. Add cream, and flour mixed with baking powder and cinnamon or cardamom. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites and add more flour, enough to make a pliable dough. Follow directions for preceding Fattigmann.
