Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 120 ml water
- 100 gr sugar
- 8 gr cornstarch
- 1 gr salt
Mix cornstarch, sugar and water. Cook until clear, and set aside. Add salt to e gg white. Whip until foamy or standing in peaks. Add to cornstarch mixture. Con tinue beating until creamy. Gradually add remaining sugar, 1 tablespoon at a ti me, and beat until not grainy after each addition. Spoon onto your favorite cre am filling pie. Bake at 160ÂșC or 30 minutes or until golden brown.
