Ingredients
- 350 ml water boiling
- 250 gr sugar (white)
- 130 gr flour
- 120 ml milk (room temp)
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 60 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 30 gr cocoa
- 14 gr butter
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Cream together sugar and butter. Sift together several times: flour, salt, baking powder, 1- half tbls cocoa, milk, walnuts. Add to sugar and butter, alternately with the milk. Pour into a greased cake pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Mix together: brown sugar, white sugar, 4 tbls cocoa. Spread over top of the cake mixture. Pour 1- half cups boiling water over all. Bake at 190ÂșC for about 30 minutes. Cool slightly. Turn upside down.
