Ingredients
- 240 gr noodle (hot cooked)
- 180 ml dairy sour cream
- 60 ml water
- 1 package beef-mushroom freezer mix
Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen. In 2 litre saucepan, heat frozen mix and water to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is thawed, about 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat. Serve over noodles or rice.
