Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 400 gr field peas
- 350 ml milk
- 130 gr flour
- 9 gr baking powder
- 6 gr curry powder
- 3 gr pepper
- 1 gr salt
Mix all dry ingredients. Beat eggs and milk. Add to the flour mixture. Gently stir in cooked peas. Drop from spoon into 2 cm hot fat. Fry until light brown. Serves 4 to 5. SOURCE: Big Mama's Old Black Pot Typed for you by Nancy Coleman
