Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 ml sweetened applesauce
- 160 gr old fashioned oats
- 130 gr flour
- 120 ml milk
- 110 gr butter
- 85 gr dark raisins
- 85 gr golden raisins
- 65 gr nuts
- 9 gr baking powder
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
Beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 1- half qt. ring mold. Bake 180ºC or 45-50 min. Loosen edges; cool 10 min. then remove from pan. Cool.
