- 1 up candied fruit (cut)
- 120 ml water
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 1 package gingerbread mix
Recipe by: CHRISTMAS COOKBOOK Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix gingerbread mix and water. Stir in candied fruit and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 min. About 3 dozen cookies. Gumdrop Ginger Drops: Substitute two third cup cut-up gumdrops for the candied fruit. Mincemeat Ginger Drops: Substitute 1 cup prepared mincemeat for the candied fruit. Raisin Ginger Drops: Substitute 1 cup raisins for the candied fruit. ----
