Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 ann carrell best of show
- 200 gr sugar
- 130 gr germans sweet chocolate
- 110 gr margarine
- 110 gr nuts
- 95 gr flour
- 4 gr vanilla
----------------------------------FROSTING---------------------------------1 c Evaporated milk 1 c Sugar 3 Egg yolks; slightly beaten half c Margarine 1 ts Vanilla one third c Coconut 1 c Chopped nuts Cream eggs and sugar. Combine with next 5 ingredients. Pour batter into a greased 23 cm square pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 180ºC F. Cool and Frost. FROSTING: Combine first 5 ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring until thick. Add coconut and chopped nuts. Cool before frosting brownines. Margaret Garland DFYX18A
