Ingredients
- 4 egg
- 3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 powdered sugar
- 400 gr sugar
- 220 gr butter
- 170 gr flour
- 140 gr pecans (chopped)
Melt chocolate with butter in top of double boiler. Remove and add sugar. Let cool and add well-beaten eggs, flour and pecans. Bake in two well-buttered 20 cm by 20 cm baking pans at 200ÂșC for approximately 18 minutes. Take from oven, cut contents of each pan into thirty six brownies, immediately roll in powdered sugar and store in tin cake pan.
