Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 350 ml milk
- 140 gr grape-nuts
- 100 gr celery (chopped)
- 100 gr nuts (chopped)
- 28 gr margarine
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr onion (grated)
Combine all ingredients. Let stand for 20 minutes. Pour into a greased loaf pan & bake at 180ºC for 35 minutes. From Sandee Eveland
