Ingredients
- 2,500 gr green tomatoes (chopped)
- 550 gr brown sugar
- 500 gr sugar (white)
- 475 ml water
- 325 gr dark seedless raisins
- 325 gr raisins (white)
- 240 ml bottled lemon juice
- 120 ml vinegar
- 24 gr citron (minced)
- 16 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 2 gr nutmeg (ground)
Procedure: Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook slowly stirring often, until tender and slightly thickened (about 35 to 40 minutes). Fill jars with hot mixture, leaving 1 cm headspace. Adjust lids and process. Table
