Ingredients
- 10 cake
- 1 angel food cake
- 1 shaved chocolate
- 240 ml milk
- 240 ml cream (heavy)
- 120 ml sour cream
- 38 gr confectioners sugar
- 1 package chocolate pudding mix
Combine pudding mix and milk; cok until mixture boils. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream. Chill thoroughly. Split cake in 2 or 3 layers. Spread chocolate mixture between layers. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with condectioners sugar. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Serves 10.
