For each nationality, add seasoning to beef and form 21 cm thick patties. Place the cheese in center of 4 patties; cover cheese with remaining patties and press edges together. Grill over medium-hot coals, turning once, until done.
FRENCH-1- half ts onion powder, 1 ts dried crushed thyme, half ts garlic powder, quarter ts salt, quarter ts pepper, 2 oz Brie or Camembert sliced into 4 pieces.
MEXICAN-1 tb chili powder, half ts ground cumin, half ts onion powder, quarter ts garlic powder, quarter ts salt, 2 oz Monterey Jack cheese, sliced into 4 pieces.
ITALIAN-1- quarter ts Italian seasoning, 0.75 ts garlic powder, half ts onion powder, quarter ts salt, 2 oz mozzarella sliced in 4 pieces.
GREEK-1- half ts onion powder, 1 ts dried crushed oregano, half ts garlic powder, quarter ts pepper, 2 oz Feta (crumble cheese and sprinkle with 1 tb lemon juice).
