Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 squash
- 220 gr dates
- 190 gr unbleached flour (white)
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 2 gr baking powder
- 2 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr cinnamon
Beat together oil, egg, and sqash. Add flour, baking powder and spices. Beat well; stir in dates. Drop batter by small teaspoonfuls onto lightly oiled baking sheets. Bake at 180ÂșC or 10 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool on wire racks.
