Ingredients
- 4 pork chops trimmed (boneless)
- 75 gr butter-flavored crackers (crushed)
- 30 ml honey
- 36 gr dry bread crumbs
- 30 ml spicy brown mustard
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 14 gr butter
Flatten pork chops to 0 cm thickness. Combine honey and mustard; brush over both sides of pork. In a shallow bowl, combine cracker and bread crumbs; add pork and turn to coat. In a skillet, heat oil and butter. Fry pork for 2-3 minutes on each side or until crisp and juice run clear.
