Ingredients
- 1 chili pepper (dried hot)
- 8 gr black peppercorns
- 6 gr coriander seeds
- 6 gr cumin seeds
- 1 gr turmeric
- 1 gr powdered ginger
- 1 gr allspice powder
Finely grind the mixture in a spice or coffee mill. Makes about quarter cup spice mix. Store leftover Indian Spice Mixture in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
