Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 deep dish pie crust (frozen)
- 1/2 ricotta
- 60 gr cheese (grated)
Pre-bake pie shell. Place sausage on bottom of crust. Blend eggs and cheeses and seasoning. Pour over sausage and bake 180ºC or 45 min or until center is almost firm.
