Ingredients
- 4 powder
- 2 glaze
- 1 filling
- 1 enough water to make (thin)
- 250 gr flour
- 240 ml milk (cold)
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 130 gr margarine (cold)
- 100 gr icing sugar
- 55 gr raisins
- 26 gr sugar
- 8 gr cinnamon
- 3 gr salt
In large bowl combine flour,sugar,powder, and salt. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Make well in center. Pour milk into well. Stir to form dough, adding more milk if needed. Turn onto lightly floured surface. Knead 8-10 times. Roll into rectangle. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~FILLING~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cream margarine,brown sugar, and cinnamon together well. Drop 1 tsp. into each of dozen muffin tins. Spread rest over dough. Sprinkle raisins over top. Roll up as a jelly roll. Mark, then cut dozen slices. Place cut side down in muffin tins. Bake at 200ÂșC or 20-25 minutes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~GLAZE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drizzle over cinnamon buns. ----
