- 1 linguini cook as
- 1/2 head cauliflower-broken in
- 120 ml cream (heavy)
- 30 ml chicken broth
- 20 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 2 slices zucchini squash thinly
- some zucchini cauliflower parmesan
To taste Drain linguini well and return to cooking pan. Add cream and butter and stir until melted and hot. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, add zucchini-cauliflower parmesan to mix. An extra measure of cream and/or Parmesan is delicious here. Zucchini-Cauliflower Parmesan: Place zucchini slices and cauliflower in a 2 litre casserole. Add chicken broth, salt and pepper. Cover and microwave at high 8 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring once. Sprinkle with parmesan and toss to mix. Add a little more cheese and/or cream if desired. Recipe By :
