Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 95 gr unpeeled apples (red)
- 50 gr shortening
- 30 ml sour milk
- 30 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 9 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
- 2 ml soda
Cream together the shortening and sugar, add the beaten eggs and beat well. Mix the sour milk and soda together; add to the creamed mixture and then add the dry ingredients, vanilla, chopped apple and nuts. Bake in a greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
