Ingredients
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1 onion fine (chopped)
- 1 additional ketchup
- 700 gr beef (ground lean)
- 240 ml milk
- 80 gr soft bread crumbs
- 16 ml ketchup
- 8 gr green pepper fine (chopped)
- 5 gr prepared horseradish
- 4 gr salt
- 4 gr sugar
- 2 gr allspice (ground)
- 2 gr dill weed
In lge. bowl, combine first dozen ingreds.; mix well. Press into 8 x 1 x 5 cm loaf pan. Bake at 180ºC for 1 hr. Drizzle top of loaf with ketchup; bake 15 min. more or until no pink remains.
