- 250 gr bread flour (white)
- 250 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 14 gr yeast
- 14 gr sugar
- 8 gr cinnamon
- 3 gr salt
x Juice from the orange plus Water to make 1.5 cups Follow usual procedures (oat bread cycle helps). I think this one's a bit higher, something like 80 cal, 0.6 g fat/ounce.
