Ingredients
- 100 eggs (beaten)
- 2,400 ml milk
- 450 gr butter melt
- 26 gr salt
Divide butter among four 33 cm x 23 cm baking dishes. Combine eggs and salt; mix well. Gradually stir in milk. Pour evenly into baking dishes. Bake, uncovered, at 180ÂșC for 10 minutes; stir. Bake 10-15 minutes more or until eggs are set. Serve immediately.
