- 2 eggs
- 110 gr extra crunchy peanut butter
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr sugar
- 65 gr flour
- 55 gr butter
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 180ºC . In a medium bowl, combine butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth. In a small bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in peanut butter. Spread batter into a greased 7 x 28 cm metal baking pan. brownies.
