Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 325 ml milk
- 250 gr pancake mix
- 120 gr pumpkin (canned)
- 60 ml oil
- 14 gr sugar
- 5 gr pumpkin pie spice
Heat skillet to 190ºC Grease lightly with oil. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; stir just until all ingredients are moistened. For each pancake, pour quarter cup batter into hot skillet. Cook 1 to 1- half minutes, turning when edges look cooked and bubbles begin to break on surface. Continue to cook another minute or until golden brown. Serve with syrup. ----
