Ingredients
- 5 sprigs mint (fresh)
- 2 eden quinoa
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 cucumber
- 120 gr ripe tomatoes
- 60 ml eden extra virgin olive oil
- 20 gr parsley (fresh)
- some green onions
-peeled and pressed Cook Quinoa according to package directions. Cool. Combine Quinoa, parsley, tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, green onions, and mint. Mix well.
