Ingredients
- 80 gr oyster mushrooms (fresh)
- 10 ml olive oil
- 8 gr garlic
- 5 gr margarine
- 5 gr all-purposse flour
- 5 ml sherry
- 5 gr tamari
- 1 gr rosemary
remaining ingredients & stir until the liquid is slightly thickened &^ mushrooms are tender. About 4 minutes.
