Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 elams scotch-style oatmeal
- 240 ml milk
- 80 ml cooking oil
- 55 gr brown sugar
- 12 gr baking powder
- 2 gr salt
Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl;mix.Combine and mix milk, eggs and oil.Add liquids to dry ingredients;mix.For each waffle, pour half of batter ( 1.3333333333333 cups) into preheated 23 cm square waffle iron.Spread over grid at once.Close iron;bake until done and nicely browned.Serve hot with butter and maple syrup,honey, applesauce or preserves.Yield: 2 23 cm waffles or 8 4 inch waffles.
