Ingredients
- 800 gr chocolate (chopped)
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 package sweetened condensed milk
A very good fudge with no cooking or thermometer watching. Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling water. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in a generously buttered 20 cm square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge out onto a cutting board, cut into squares. Store in tightly covered containers. Makes 49 pieces.
