Sourdough Apple Pancakes

Ingredients

add egg, applesauce, melted butter, sugar and salt to the starter and mix briefly. Add flour to attain desired consistency mix until lump free. Just before baking dissolve baking soda in a tablespoon of water and gently blend with the batter pour 2 to 8 cm rounds on a hot (400) griddle. Cook 2 to 4 minutes and turn for an additional 2 minutes.
