Ingredients
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 130 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 120 ml milk
- 30 ml oil
- 16 ml honey
- 10 ml more oil
- 5 ml water
- 2 gr baking soda dissolve in
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package sourdough starter
seems t hick, dilute with lukewarm water. Bake as for ordinary pancakes, making them 3 to 10 cm. Makes about dozen small pancakes.
