Ingredients
- 9 pie shell unbaked
- 4 1/2 apples (sliced)
- 200 gr sugar
- 32 gr flour
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr salt
Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Put apples in large bowl and pour flour mixture over it. Stir well. Put into shell and cover with crumb topping. To make topping, mix quarter lb. butter, 1 c. flour and 0.75 c. sugar until crumbly. Bake at 180ÂșC or 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
