Ingredients
- 15 in jelly roll with plastic wrap (pan)
- 2 strawberry puree (fresh)
- 240 ml applesauce
- 50 gr sugar
- 16 ml lemon juice
evenly. Bake about 5 hours at 90ºC or until leather pulls away from wrap. Flip leather onto counter, peel away plastic and remove any mixture that has not "set." Cut into slices and wrap each in plastic.
