Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 200 gr sugar
- 170 gr all purpose flour
- 110 gr butter
- 14 gr vanilla extract
- 3 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350� for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
