• 1 additional whipped cream
• 425 ml apple juice
• 240 ml whipping cream whipped
• 240 ml applesauce
• 100 gr sugar
• 100 gr dry peanuts (chopped roasted)
• 80 ml water (cold)
• 75 gr packed brown sugar
