• 2 bouillion liquid (cubes)
• 1 big leeks fine (chopped)
• 1 stick butter
• 1 salt and pepper
• 1 in a saucepan
• 1,200 ml milk (whole)
• 240 ml cream (heavy)
• 120 gr muenster cheese (grated)
• some salt and pepper
