Devil's Food Cake
- 9 round
- 4 egg whites
- 1 apar sift unsweetened cocoa over top of cake to solidly fill spaces
- 600 ml water
- 575 gr confectioners sugar
- 450 gr unsifted cakeflour
- 250 gr sugar
- 120 ml milk
- 90 gr unsweetened cocoa
- 75 gr softened butter
