Mushroom Cashew Bisque

- 1,400 ml vegetable broth (hot)
- 350 gr mushrooms
- 130 gr carrots (diced)
- 120 ml water
- 120 gr onions (diced)
- 60 gr cashews (raw)
- 50 gr celery (diced)
- 45 ml soy sauce
- 40 gr unbleached flour (white)
