Fried Calamari With Spicy Anchovy Mayonnaise
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1 clean squid (fresh)
- 950 ml olive oil (light)
- 180 ml jarred mayonnaise
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 100 gr graham cracker crumbs
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr kosher salt
- 2 gr parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 gr cayenne
