Chickpea & Escarole Soup

• 2 tabelspoons lemon juice
• 1 1/4 chickpeas (dried)
• 130 gr coarsely escarole (chopped)
• 120 gr onion (chopped)
• 100 gr chickpeas (cooked)
• 34 gr tomato paste
• 30 gr brown rice (uncooked)
• 8 gr garlic (minced)
• 4 gr thyme (dried)
• 2 gr oregano (dried)
