• 350 degree oven
• 9 springform with vegetable (pan)
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cream cheese with the sour cream
• 900 ml cream cheese (light)
• 250 gr granulated sugar
• 240 gr fine gingersnap crumbs
• 120 ml sour cream (light)
• 55 gr melted margarine
• 30 gr gingerroot (grated fresh)
