- 120 ml sour cream (light)
- 55 gr melted margarine
- 30 gr gingerroot (grated fresh)
- 30 gr candied ginger (chopped)
- 14 gr powdered sugar
- 2 gr orange peel (finely grated)
pan. When cutting the cheesecake, wipe the blade between each cut.
