Grandma Searles' Custard Pie
- 9 deep pie with the pastry (plate)
- 6 eggs
- 5 lard (cut into pieces)
- 1 filling
- 1 nutmeg for sprinkling
- 475 ml milk
- 200 gr sugar
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 75 ml water
- 70 gr butter (cut into pieces)
