• 375 gr sifted flour
• 300 gr dry rolled oats
• 240 gr shortening
• 200 gr sugar
• 140 gr nutmeats (chopped)
• 75 gr pitted dates (cut)
• 60 ml milk
• 7 ml soda
• 3 gr salt
