Mocha Ice Box Cake
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 doz lady fingers
- 1 egg whites stiffly yolks well (beaten)
- 240 ml milk (hot)
- 240 ml whipping cream
- 100 gr sugar
- 100 gr confectioners sugar
- 45 gr instant coffee
- 16 gr cornstarch
- 7 gr vanilla
